Hej Vi er netop blevet kontaktet af en af jeres kvindelige sælgere, som først talte med min kollega og efterfølgende med mig. Under samtalen forklarede jeg tydeligt, at vi allerede har aftalt med en anden af jeres medarbejdere, at han tidligst kontakter os igen om cirka et halvt år. Trods dette fortsatte samtalen, selvom jeg gjorde det klart, at vi ikke er interesserede. På baggrund af denne oplevelse ønsker vi ikke længere at blive kontaktet af jer – hverken nu eller på et senere tidspunkt. Vi beder jer derfor om at registrere dette i jeres system og fjerne os fra alle jeres opkalds- og kontaktlister. Vi forventer, at dette bliver respekteret. Jeres chat virker ikke på hjemmesiden og ingen mail at kontakte. Det er et pinligt når det er den ydelse I prøver at sælge, men så kan I jo få klar besked her.

Poltronasofa thank you for the reply but the number I gave you is the one on my phone also paper work. The phone number you gave me in your last email gives three options . Option 1 to contact store if you haven't received your furniture. Option 2 if you want to speak to the store you bought it from . Option 3 if you want to contact the finance company then it gives you a list of company names. None of the above is to complain about your furniture, company and your customer service which is atrocious.

Receoved email from replay does not work
Received an email from asking for more information on a review that I had submitted on a company. Used their reply button and it bounced saying it could not be delivered. Do not know why.

Flight Network
Flight Network acknowledged that they were unable to fulfill the requested baggage allowance due to a technical error. Despite this, the passenger was left to pay the additional baggage charges imposed by Etihad. As the issue originated from Flight Network's system, it is unreasonable that the passenger was required to bear the unexpected cost of AED 532 for 20 kg of checked baggage. Under the booked fare, only 7 kg of cabin baggage was included, making the purchase of additional checked baggage necessary. Since this additional expense resulted directly from Flight Network's inability to process the baggage request, the passenger should not be held financially responsible for these charges. An amount of AED 319.98 was initially charged by Flight Network for a 25 kg baggage allowance for return flight but was refunded within five minutes on the same day. Accordingly, now the total amount payable to Etihad for return flight is AED 1,260.
