Order paid, never delivered.
Payment was taken immediately. I was then asked to provide the 4-digit card descriptor and to complete an identity verification via Shufti. I did both, exactly as requested. Since then: several emails to support, no reply at all. No voucher, no status update, no explanation. The support address appears to be unmonitored. I am now filing a chargeback with my card issuer. If you take payment upfront and add verification steps, you need support that actually answers. Cannot recommend.

I regularly purchased vouchers from…
I regularly purchased vouchers from here. Usually there is no problem but however once or twice it has happened that the money comes out of my bank account and something flashes up on the screen saying oops something went wrong and I do not receive the voucher there is an email for support staff, I emailed them and explained what had happened, you get a reply saying that it will take up to 2 days for a response, however Usually what happens is the following day I receive a notification from my bank to say that reload hero has started only fund process and I will get the money back within five days. The times that this has happened I usually have the money back within three or four days. Maybe it’s just a glitch on their site that they need to look into, but I have always gotten a refund, and I will continue to use the site to purchase vouchers.

Lack of disclosure
When making a purchase, the demand to confirm by providing a government ID occurs *AFTER* the funds have been withdrawn from my credit card. There is no warning that this may be required and it is not stated anywhere while you are making a purchase. There is no option to refuse it and the company claims that they will refund the purchase after 48 hours if the ID verification is not completed. There is no option to deny verification and get refunded immediately. Such things need to be disclosed before funds are withdrawn from the card!
