If I could give negative stars I would
If I could give negative stars I would. Highly warn everyone to save yourself the trouble. i consider myself an understanding person and rarely seek to writing reviews, but I have given them ample opportunity to redeem themselves. After over a month my order still had not shipped and kept getting the run around. They FINALLY agreed to cancel my order after I threatened a negative review. It’s been over 2 weeks since they cancelled the order and I still have not gotten a refund. I was told I would be notified but I have had to continually press and ask them about my order and when I would receive a refund. At this point, I’m telling you they are a complete scam of a company and have no intention on refunding me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Never have I ever had a more negative experience with a company.

When we first placed our order with Reformly, we didn’t realize the shipment was coming from the United States. Because of that, our order took quite a while to arrive, and eventually we received notice that UPS would be delivering it a couple of weeks later. Then came another surprise we were notified that we had to pay a tariff fee before receiving our shipment. I was definitely not happy about having to pay an unexpected extra charge. I contacted Reformly and explained the situation. Throughout this entire process, their customer service was absolutely amazing. Every time I emailed them, they responded and kept me informed. They were professional, understanding, and genuinely helpful. But what really impressed me was what happened next. After I told Reformly about the tariff fee, they told me they would take care of it and pay the tariff themselves. That really showed me that they value their customers and stand behind their service. Even though the shipping process took longer than expected and we ran into an unexpected tariff charge, Reformly made sure we were taken care of from beginning to end. That kind of customer service deserves recognition. I would definitely recommend Reformly to anyone considering ordering from them. Things can sometimes go wrong or take longer than expected, but what matters most is how a company treats you when there is a problem and Reformly treated us exceptionally well. Thank you, Reformly, for taking care of us and making this experience a positive one!

USELESS SCAM OF A “COMPANY”
I FOLLOWED ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK AND MAGICALLY THERE IS A “DELIVERY EXEMPTION” and ITS GETTING SENT BACK TO ME. I PAID $60 TO SEND THE PACKAGE BACK AND $25 FOR DUTY TO ACCEPT MY PACKAGE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Obsessed with Reformly
I have to say im obsessed with my Reformly mini pilates board and I love my guided workouts...I really really love it..i was an avid barre workout girl and it was extremely expensive a month..then I discovered Reformly...I will never stop Reformly and i have a beautiful waistline to prove it..thank you Reformly ❤️ .
