I was a reddit user for 7 years
I was a reddit user for 7 years. Previously, it was useful at times to learn new points of view, get up to speed on certain topics (e.g., real estate investing). Recently, it has gone down hill tremendously with trolls and many cranks drowning out the more knowledgeable voices. Unfortunately, it is not worth using IMO.

NC Wallet holding funds indefinitely under "KYC Review" loop (No resolution after deadline)
Hey everyone, I wanted to share my ongoing experience with NC Wallet regarding locked funds and a delayed KYC process. My account was put under a security review weeks ago. I immediately submitted all requested documentation. After waiting well past reasonable limits, I issued a formal notice giving them until August 19th (and a subsequent final 48h deadline) to either finish verification or state what additional documents were needed. The only response I got from support (Eva) was the usual canned reply: "Your KYC documents are currently being reviewed... These verifications involve multiple steps." No timelines, no specific questions, no progress. As of today, my funds remain completely inaccessible and support has gone silent. Be extremely careful if you are using NC Wallet, as your funds can be locked indefinitely under the guise of an endless security check. Has anyone else experienced this extended KYC locking with them recently, and how did you resolve it? inappropriate censorship - useless platform
Responding in a thread discussing a case where a crna was apparently asleep at the switch resulting in a brain dead patient, i wrote that it was an "anesthesia clean kill", which it was and that his/her next assignment should be in Huntsville, TX. The AI, which is apparently not very bright said that was encouraging violence, deleted the post and warned me. I deleted all my accounts there in protest. I won't do reddit again.

Locked out of my account
Locked out of my account with no meaningful support I was suddenly logged out of my Reddit account without doing anything myself. Since then, my password has no longer been accepted. I requested a password reset several times, using both my email address and my username, but I never received a reset email. I also contacted Reddit Support and explained the situation clearly, including that I may want to permanently delete my account if access cannot be restored. So far, I have received NO reply. The lack of responsive customer service makes this experience particularly disappointing. When a user loses access to an account and the standard recovery process does not work, timely and effective support is essential. Instead, I have been left without a clear answer, without access to my account, and without a practical solution. I currently cannot access my own account, cannot reset my password, and cannot delete the account myself. I also have no explanation as to why I was suddenly logged out or why my login credentials stopped working. For a platform of Reddit’s size, I find this level of customer support unacceptable. I expect Reddit to either restore access promptly or provide a clear and immediate way to permanently delete the account and the personal data associated with it.
