Transformierendes Erlebnis
Für mich war es eine tiefe Reise nach innen mit sehr grundlegenden Erkenntnissen, die sehr nachhaltig transformieren waren. Ohne lange und intensive Vorbereitung und Schattenarbeit sollte man sowas allerdings nicht machen. Es ist kein Spaß-Trip und war wirklich anstrengend. Dass der Retreat eine Vor- und Nachbereitung enthielt und Kontakt sowie Austausch mit den anderen Teilnehmern, finde ich sehr wichtig und hilfreich.

Realize Retreat 2024
The Realize Retreat was and continues to be a truly special experience. From preparations, to the retreat itself, to the changes and community it sparked, it led me onto a powerful journey. I was hesitant at first, never having tried anything like it. Going into the preparation phase, I didn’t really know what to expect. It quickly became clear that the lead facilitator, Jannick, has assembled a skilled team that made it easy for me to trust the process and lean into this opportunity. I felt very safe with the group which was very important. The attention to detail only revealed itself to me afterwards: from the impulses we were given beforehand, the timing and location, the structure of the days, the meals we enjoyed, to the details of the ceremony space. It all mattered in the end. I‘ve done spiritual practices in the past, mostly on my own, and this unique. I‘ve met beautiful and courageous people through this journey, which in itself is a gift. I feel like I can approach everyday life and interactions with more ease, leaving me with more energy for what truly matters. I continue to integrate insights I’ve had throughout this journey, as they were many. This started a new chapter, and I’m grateful that I’m writing it.

I attended the retreat in November last year with the Realize Retreat team and can highly recommended the experience. The event coordinators are all extremely well prepared and designed a great experience for 3 days for the participants. The location was very comfortable and had all amenities, including modern rooms, a sauna and plunge pool and a beautiful ceremony room. The onboarding and integration process was also well organised and designed to make everyone super comfortable, and the food was top notch. I would highly recommend to anyone considering (even if it's your first time)

Transformation journey
The retreat was beautifully designed. The space was perfect for holding the energy of the group and the ritual. Jannick, Sema and Zoe, beautiful souls, held the group in such a kind, patient and experienced way. Every moment I felt welcomed and taken care of. I could have used a better/deeper integration, given that I had a strong experience during the retreat. Nevertheless, I am so grateful to have it done with them. I felt supported and held while walking one of the most scary but transforming experiences of my life. Many things moved in my life -and are still doing so! The food was delicious, and I felt taken care of 100% of the time.
