They responded to my last review…
They responded to my last review claiming they would help me try to resolve the issue with USPS, then when I shared the claim etc, they just sent me a generic "sorry there's nothing we can do" email. Absolutely horrible return policy, even worse customer service.

I had such a great experience with Réalisation Par, especially thanks to Hannah and her amazing customer service. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to assist me with my order. I truly appreciate how smoothly everything was handled.

The shop of staffed by a group of absolute Heathers who are a disgrace to the brand. Whoever hires their staff needs to be sacked.

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. My dress arrived damaged with multiple holes/tears. Customer service is very lenient to reply and not clearly motivated to help me. They continuously try to make up excuses for not doing a refund. Now they ask for CCTV footage(!) of the delivery to confirm that holes existed before, which is ridiculous for a premium brand and this price. They also used a cheapest DPD delivery and poor packaging for an expensive dress. I recommend never buying from them and actually spending money on other brands who care about reputation and customer experience. And in case you still ordered from them, make sure you triple check that items are not damaged and collect as much evidence as possible.

Cute designs, but the clothes are sooooo poorly made (in China) and their return policy is a joke. I understand companies that deduct from your refund for shipping charges, but this company makes you send it back without a return label. I just had a situation with usps losing my returns and now I am liable for $600 worth of lost goods.
