Horrible experience! Avoid.
Ordered motorcycle fairings on the CRC webpage after lead times were communicated to be 4-6 weeks. Payment via credit card, got an email confirmation right away. One week later that sale was somehow transferred to "Reactive Parts". Both companies are owned by Steve Heneghan. After 6 weeks I received a new delivery date to be another 2 week. I called Reactive parts and CRC (same phone number) many times and talked to a very friendly person (Ned Goujah). He, at some point (prob 10 weeks after my order) mentioned that the delivery time is further delayed, another 4-8 weeks. I asked for my money back and received an email to wait 5-10 working days for my money back. After 10 working days I had to put a dispute request in through my credit card company because CRC fairings/ Reactive parts never credited my account. I feel this is really shady business tactics with a certain level of criminal intend.

Absolutely disgusting
Absolutely disgusting, made me wait nearly 3 months for fairings and no delivery. Now ignoring my emails for refund, bunch of scumbags. Thats ok tho because luckily I used a credit card, so now I will do a charge back. Dont buy jack shit from these a holes

Delivery and refund joke
Ordered fairings, waited 6months still nothing, account team are barely responsive to sort refund and when spelled out in an email they still can’t get it correct. I can’t fault Leon/Ned who I have spoke to during this time unfortunately they are not part of the accounting team but they are extremely helpful and that is the only positive I can find from using this company. I will not and wouldn’t recommend using reactive parts for anything.

Avoid like the plague
Pretty sure this is just a drop shipping business that ships chinese parts. Misleading delivery schedules and false promises, 5 months later NO delivery of any fairings/stuff that I ordered. They don't seem very helpful/compliant with my refund request either, so I did myself a favor and initiated a chargeback. Weird thing is I already bought the SAME order about a year and a half ago and everything arrived in a timely and well put manner, but after my recent dealings, I would avoid this company like the plague.
