I was recommended to RDF Flooring and …
I was recommended to RDF Flooring and Carpets, and i was so pleased i was such a professional company. The owner Ricky was so helpful nothing was to much trouble he guided me to what was suitable for my needs. When the fitter arrived he was so professional excellent work, cleaned up not a speak of dust or mess anywhere. Highly recommend RDF Carpets and Flooring.

Delighted to provide an unconditionally excellent review on this firm. From help in the shop in choosing the right carpet, to the speedy issue of a quote, to finding precisely the right date for laying the carpets, to final installation, all was excellent.

Exemplary work with a conscientious and determined approach to ensure a perfect finish even to the extent of correcting subcontractor’s work at his own expense. Good communication throughout retaining an oversight on the work.

We wouldn't Recommend this company
We were recommended this company, and the reviews looked good however, we were dissapointed. Not at the carpets and the carpet fitting, this was great, and we couldn't fault the workmanship of any of the staff. We did however find communication somewhat lacking and our expectations were managed poorly resulting in some oversights and thus some of the fitting, workmanship not what we expected. Had there been better communication we would have preferred to make some changes. Their argument was that we should have asked. The reality is we are not carpet fitters, nor workmen, and in fact quite lay persons when it comes this field and as such had no idea we would need to ask such questions as we had thought they would update us on all processes and what we can expect before doing anything. They were not very open to this feedback which made the situation worse. We wouldn't recommend them as communication and knowing that professionals will update us on what to expect is key to us. Even if the work is of high standard, and the carpets are good quality, it has still left us having to make adjustments we had not expected and at further cost to us.
