“Satisfaction Guaranteed 100%” and “risk-free" - deceiving marketing!
I subscribed to RankPill but quickly realised the service was not suitable for my setup, as I do not have my own website and only use social media and OTA listing links such as Airbnb and Booking.com. RankPill confirmed that the tool requires a website I own in order to be useful. I raised the issue and cancellation request immediately after subscribing. However, RankPill refused a refund, relying on its no-refund policy. My concern is that the website also uses wording such as “Satisfaction Guaranteed 100%” and “risk-free,” which created a different expectation for me as a new customer. In my experience, the product may be useful for users with their own website, but it was not suitable for my current setup, and the refund handling felt disappointing.

I signed up for RankPill because I wanted to test the platform for my SEO workflow. The software has some useful features, but I was disappointed by the refund policy. My subscription renewed for $99, and I contacted support almost immediately to request a refund since I had not used the new billing period. My request was declined due to their strict no-refund policy. I canceled my subscription right away to avoid future charges, but I think customers should have a short grace period after renewal, especially if they haven’t used the service. If you’re considering RankPill, make sure you understand the billing and cancellation terms before subscribing.

I have had rankpill for seven months…
I have had rankpill for seven months and can’t knock it. The trick is that you have to give it direction ie insert this or do t put a table in. You can even do it with images. I write cvs and for the first six months I posted everyday then used chat got for blogs to LinkedIn Facebook inst a and x I love it but you need to feed it the right info For £80 permonth its well worth it
