The order itself was completed, but unfortunately the experience afterwards has been very disappointing. Booster logged in from a different country, which I had specifically been reassured would be fine after I raised my concerns. However, just one day later, my Riot account received a temporary suspension and the rank gained from the order was reversed. I contacted them regarding the issue, but was told that there would be no refund as this is apparently a “risk the customer takes.” I’ve now also been told that I need to dispute the suspension with Riot and find evidence that the booster did not use a VPN. So despite paying for the service, I’m now left chasing evidence and dealing with Riot myself. So far, I haven’t been offered any compensation, partial refund, or even a formal apology for the inconvenience. I’ve submitted a ticket to Riot, hoping to get any evidence to support my claim but realistically I am not hopeful. For anyone considering using this service, just be aware of the potential risk to your account and that, based on my experience, you may be left to deal with the consequences yourself if something goes wrong. Thank you for your feedback. We understand the frustration regarding the temporary suspension, but we would like to clarify some important points. The order was a Diamond 3 → Diamond 1 boost and was completed successfully in less than 24 hours. The customer did not purchase any of our additional security/privacy recommendations, although we do advise customers to use these measures for increased account security. Our terms also clearly state that account suspensions related to boosting are a risk associated with the service and that completed orders are not refundable. Regarding the VPN concern, our boosters are instructed to use the appropriate security measures when accessing customer accounts. We are taking the circumstances seriously and are happy to cooperate with the customer where possible. However, Riot is ultimately responsible for the suspension decision, and only Riot can provide official evidence regarding the login or reverse the suspension. We understand that the situation is inconvenient, but we cannot provide the same Diamond 3 → Diamond 1 service again completely free of charge after the original order was already completed. A new order would require a new payment because it involves the same amount of work and risk again. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and hope Riot can provide the customer with further clarification through their support ticket.

Unprofessional Service and Coercive Practices

My initial experience with this service was highly unsatisfactory. The assigned duo partner was unresponsive and consistently demonstrated poor in-game performance. According to statistical trackers such as OP.GG and Blitz.gg, the partner consistently ranked 3rd or 4th, meaning I was forced to carry the majority of our matches (consistently placing 1st or 2nd myself). Following this experience, I left a 1-star review. In response, a RankForge administrator paused my ongoing order and sent the following message: "Hello sir, we will pause the order until you dont remove the 1 star review." Withholding a purchased service to extort the removal of a negative review is a highly unethical business practice. I have been entirely willing to work with their team, and I would have reconsidered my review had they provided a higher standard of service. Instead, they have chosen to hold my order hostage until their demands are met. I strongly advise against using this service.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the booster assigned to your order. However, calling RankForge a “scam site” is misleading. Your order was actively worked on and, at the time of your complaint, had resulted in 4 wins and 1 loss. When you raised concerns about the booster, we offered to reassign the order to another booster who could play the role/champion you requested. You chose not to continue with the replacement and instead requested a full refund and subsequently deleted your account. We are always willing to address genuine service issues and find a reasonable solution, but we believe the review should accurately reflect what happened rather than characterize the entire service as a scam based on dissatisfaction with one booster. We wish you the best with your future games.

Overall good service

Was a good experience. Fast delivery and good communication. Only down side is, that I had two orders and two times it was switched to complete without being completed. It was reopened fast but it dosnt feels good. RD-819588
