Called company 2 hours after purchase
Called company 2 hours after purchase. They had already changed my cc, not in pending, but charged as if already shipped. Cancelled via website, twice. LMTC and cancelled, per instructions on vm, twice as well. After 1 week, received notice of product shipped with tracking #. Tracking # is fake and has no link associated. Called again. Left another vm. Sent an email to their Support link. Email returned as incorrect address/no address matching link. Run - Never ever do business with this company.

I regrettably placed an order for the range extend product, which took months before it shipped. None of my communications during this long wait were recognized or responded to. It was only after the product shipped did I hear back from these mental midgets . Since I had purchased a different item in the interim, I was told that a return would not be a problem. What a line of BS. These jerks sent me a link to print off the return label which was non-functional. Again, I attempted to communicate with these clowns and was ignored until the 30 day post delivery period for returns that expired. I strongly urge anyone reading this to never do business with these Bozos. Business

I placed an order for RangeXTD (Wi-Fi Extender) on 07/26/2024, I understand that it takes several days to process my order (2421117633). It’s gone beyond 3 to 7 days as stated on my receipt. I sent several messages and received the standard verbiage in an automated response, " Dear Kenneth W Garcia, Thank you for reaching out regarding your order #2421117633. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by the delay. Your order is currently in the shipping process. Typically, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to become available once the order has been dispatched. If you do not receive a tracking number within the next 2 business days, please let us know, and we will escalate the matter to ensure it is resolved promptly. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Best regards, Sara Harmon.” I received this response on 08/08/2024. I sent another message today and received the same response. At this point, I just want a refund… unless I receive an email with a tracking# within a couple of days.

I first ordered their product in late…
I first ordered their product in late January of this year (2024). I made an attempt to change my order because of the way they're ordering is set up. If you try to see what your total is it automatically turns in your order. I had tried to contact them in February about a refund and they sent me a survey and say they were sorry that I was not happy with their service. My last attempt at contact with customer service about my refund was June 3rd. I believe four attempts is more than enough. Since their phone number is a New Jersey number and supposedly that's where their business is located everyone should contact the State Attorney General's office and file a complaint.

ON JAN 12 2024 I ORDERED 3 RangeXTD (WiFi Extender) US AND THEY KEEP SAYING THEY ARE DELAYED IN TWO EMAILS. YOU CALL AND NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. IT PLACE IS A RIP OFF. DON'T BUY FROM THEM IT'S A SCAM . I Want my money back
