Scammers allowed in the hotel lobby
I visited this resort last month. Although the resort is good, they allow scammers to be in the hall and this is the reason for only 1 star. Upon arrival the reception told us that we had an appointment with our loveholidays representative who also rang me on the resort landline the day after to confirm the appointment. I went to the appointment bought two excursions and the one to Antalya was a scam. I contacted loveholidays and they told me that they didn't have any representatives at the hotel. So I requested to speak to the manager. The manager reassured me that they were genuine and they will issue me a refund. They didn't

Sehr gute Ferienanlage, gute Einrichtungen und Zimmer, sehr feine Küche.Am Buffet Top Service mit Sercan, auch alle andere🙏 Extrem freundliche Personal in allen Bereichen! Freundlichkeit beginnt schon beim Einchecken, Restaurants, Bars, alle Personal extrem freundlich und professionell. Ristorante Verona hat man Gefühl in Italien zum Essen sitzt,🇮🇹 Service Personal sehr professionell und sehr freundlich, insbesonders Enes & Mehmet, aber auch alle im Hintergrund!🙏👍🏻 Essen auch Super! Top Empfehlung für alle Gäste! Herzlichen Dank an alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels, mein Ferien bleibt unvergesslich! Ich komme bestimmt wieder!🙋♂️

Fantastic 5 night stay for my wife’s 70th birthday with children and grandchildren. Couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Wonderful birthday cake and bottle of Prosecco all in our inclusive deal. Thank you Ramada Resort Lara.

We had a lovely stay at Ramada Resort Lara. The staff were friendly, approachable, and very helpful. The hotel is clean, in a good location close to the beach (a 10 minute walk or a free minibus every 15 minutes) and local to the shopping centre. The Hammam spa and massage was fantastic. Ali the manager and his staff were attentive and ensured we had a pleasant experience. The Sauna and steam room was clean and an added bonus. The food is fresh with plenty of choice and variety. The downside the majority of the food is lukewarm. I was happy to see that a microwave was available for use. The waiters and waitresses are so helpful, serving your drinks at the table. A big thank to Ayihan, Ishak and the rest of the team. (Sorry I didn't get your names). The A La Carte Italian meal at the Verona Restaurant was amazing, the food was delicious and cooked to perfection 10:10, the service was great, a welcome surprise for booking 7 days. I will definitely be returning.

Had another amazing time at the hotel, staff can’t do enough for you! Special thanks to Nadiia on reception, nothing was too much trouble, thank you! Hotel is spotless, the food is absolutely gorgeous! We can never fault a thing! Well done everyone! 👌🏼👍🏼
