I played at this casino for a while, and besides having my account blocked without any justification, I am also facing legal issues in Germany because this casino operates completely illegally—and that is a crime here. When I questioned the VIP manager about the casino's legality, she simply stopped responding to me. I tried contacting EGIS ADR, which handles these kinds of issues, but they didn't resolve anything at all. Stay away from this casino! It’s a waste of time and money, and you get absolutely no support, regardless of your player level. Not to mention the false promises regarding bonuses. If you have an account there, close it before it's too late.

Bullied by VIP representative and refusing to pay my balance
up until recently, i had no issues with the online casino. i've been playing for over 2 years. i changed my pattern of withdraws to try to payout more winnings and by doing that triggered a withdraw limit, which was in their terms and conditions so i accepted that. I continued to play and because of the withdraw limit now in place i could only withdraw a certain amount. This caused me to accummulate a larger balance than what I'm use to so of course larger balance, I started to make higher wages which resulted in higher winnings which resulted in a large balance. Which i can only withdraw the daily limit which really wasn't that much but i was not bothered by it. i just continued to play and make my daily withdraw. There VIP manager reached out to me and is now basically forcing me to be a VIP member with all these new rules that i have to wager 500.00 150 times as one as the criterias. If I dont agree they wont release my current winnings. I had advised I didnt want to be a VIP at this time as I'm not even sure if I'll have a balance like this again and that i was comfortable following the terms and conditions withdraw process but she insisted if I dont sign up or agree I will no longer have access to my winnings. I requested a copy of their terms to review and basically she said they were internal. She also kept changing the criteria. She was heavily pressuring me and basically I feel bullied bc its sign up or you wont get your money. If anyone can help with this I would appreciate it. I also sent them an email requesting their terms and rules regarding their VIP conditions but I'm yet to hear from them. The terms she was providing me were were also different from what is posted on their website. Their website implies its voluntary to sign up. BUT the VIP rep is stating otherwise. Update, support reached out, apologized and corrected the situation and advised me I was given incorrect information. Will attempt to withdraw and see what happens.
