Have recently bought my second RacheChip. The first was for a turbo diesel Golf, this one was for an Ecoboost Focus. The company are really easy to deal with, the units are easily installed, and most of all, THEY WORK! Several of my friends have also bought RaceChips having seen mine, and all are very happy with the changes that these devices make to their cars......

Racechip Throttle Response Box
Great company and products, purchased a racechip throttle response box for my bmw 118i it was easy to fit and made my car drive so much smoother I love the way it drives now!:) I did not need any customer support but know if i did that they would be on hand to help!:)

Poor communication, returns DO NOT HAPPEN!
The chip works as advertised for my VW TDI, but only one problem. Each time I have made a purchase, they shipped the wrong one. I have been unable to return the first shipment as they refused to provide a shipping RMA label. Their communication is horrible, voice calls are not accepted. In emails, they have gone silent. Because this happened 2x as the first time I really thought it was my purchase error. Second time, I am a fool. I verified and the correct item selection was made.

I would say do it!
I would say do it! I have audi a3 1.5 tfsi and i can say that i can see a huge difference on torque and power its like my engine has woken up and is how it should be. Was a bit difficult to install but apart from that i am truly happy with the performance dont listen to the negative reviews and give it a go.

Mercedes GLA 200d
Have a Mercedes GLA 200d 2017. Installed the RS chip purchased directly from RaceChip. Followed the instructions for installation and WOW, what a difference. I went for the RS chip as I thought it would be a good balance between performance and reliability as I didn't want to put too much strain on an engine with 87k miles on the clock. The difference in power, whilst not extreme, it's definitely noticeable. Kind of lifts the power to where it should be when it left the factory. Had no issues with EML or fault codes. Throttle response is bang, even in race mode (which I use mostly) and improves when the Dynamic is set to 'Sport'. I have the OM651 block and this was the perfect solution to obtaining the power I wish it had when I first bought it. RaceChip support was great and they respond to all queries almost instantly during working hours (not had an issue, just a few questions). If you are thinking about getting a little bit more from your diesel engine (without breaking it), then get a RaceChip. No regrets from me. Thanks for reading!
