Quoc Gran Tourer XC
Quoc Gran Tourer XC Unfortunately i had bad experience with one of the shoe, something very unusual, the tongue of one shore seems sewed in the wrong place creating the tongue to move side ways creating a big discomfort. I contacted the shop i bought them, and they put me in contact to Quoc, after contacting Quoc,show all evidence, offer myself to send the shoes for them to have a look, they basically avoid to reply to that, and no warranty was applied, i contacted back the shop, and they did the same. My first contact about this mater was 2 months after i bay them. Very disappointed with this experience.

Great customer service
I purchased a pair of the M3 air road shoes and had some issues with the cleat plate on the left shoe. Alice and various members of the customer service team were very helpful and sorted me out with new cleat plates to rectify the problem. The products are decent but the customer service is top class.

Quoc manufacturing defect
I had high expectations for the QUOC Gran Tourer XC, but unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. Previously owned other Quoc products - loved them. The left shoe is approximately 1 cm wider around the ankle area than the right one. Even with the BOA dial tightened to its maximum, it is impossible to achieve a secure fit on the left foot. The right shoe fits as expected, but the left clearly appears to have a manufacturing defect. I carefully measured both shoes and sent photos to QUOC. Surprisingly, their response was that they believe it will “get better” over time. A shoe that cannot be tightened properly due to a clear size discrepancy is not something that simply improves with use. To make matters worse, the customer care experience has been catastrophically slow. The refund process drags on for weeks, with each email exchange taking around a week. Meanwhile, I’m left without shoes and unable to ride. This is the level of quality and service I’ve received for a €275 pair of cycling shoes. It’s genuinely disappointing. I find it hard to believe that the founder of QUOC would be proud of this product quality or the way customers are being treated. Maybe my case agent has a bad time in life, hope it will get better for other’s customers.:

Shoes are nice until they fall apart..
Shoes are nice until they fall apart.. Bought on april 30th, used for a mont and went on a bikepacking trip. The upper part of the shoes just fell apart after 6 days. And this is not in the warranty as this is judged normal. So be prepared to buy new shoes every 2 months if you ride a bit.

Great brand; terrible quality / company
I paid £220 for a pair of Quoc shoes which fell apart within about ~200 miles of riding. Great brand and styling but I am afraid the quality was the opposite. And their customer service is non existent. I emailed their info at Quoc.cc email address several times and didn’t get one response. I did Marmotte last weekend and saw their stand there. They are putting all their money into their image and not into their build quality or customer service. Avoid
