THEY DONT PRIORITIZE THEIR CUSTOMER. THEY DELIVER ON THEIR CONVENIENT TIME ONLY. NO FULL TIME DRIVERS
The delivery guy Shakeel Munir asked for my location at 7am. I canceled all my plans in the morning because i thought he's on the way already. I waited til 11AM but nothing. He said he accepted the delivery request of my parcel but found out that the parcel is not in his car but with another driver. He gave me the phone number to call the other delivery man who has my parcel: Mohamad abdul. I called Abdul but he does not want to deliver my parcel since morning because he is at work in his other job. He admitted that this delivery is only his sideline. I gotta cancel my plans this evening to receive my important parcel. They do not care about the urgency of the situation as this is only their sideline. Imagine, the delivery man is only 15 minutes away from my house. but i have to wait 10 hours to receive it because he cannot leave his job. This company does not have fulltime delivery guys. and their customer service (agent Khaled) can only say that they are sorry but does nothing to help. avoid this company at all costs. I am still waiting for my parcel until now. it is almost 4pm.

late delivery and the driver dont know how to speak english, they dont even have hotline support to follow up or phone number for their office to follow up the delivery, this company should not be allowed to operate here in uae! comedy delivery services

Good experience with Baya
I have had a good experience with Baya. The deliveries are easy and their customer service has been great. There is a small downside that sometimes my 100piece subscription detergent sheets aren't available, but the website does make it easy to change the order.

Great delivery service. The company messaged me regarding the address and time slot and accommodated. Very simple communication but concise. Definitely will use this company again
