They got a 1 because 0 isn’t an option. If you drive into a car park and realise it’s Q Park, turn around and drive out. Yet another predatory organisation set up to mislead people into parking fines. Terrible experience in Colchester, as you drive into the machine says “free passage” and the barriers are up. When you return to your car the old machines where you used to pay on returning to your car now have signs on them saying you have to download an app in order to pay and you have to do it at the time of parking. The entrance was full of people who came back to their cars assuming they would have to put their reg in to then pay based on the ANPR camera, however, IF you can get the awful app to work through its various crashes and freezes, you find that you can’t back date the time, so it’s now impossible to pay for the parking you have already had. Numerous older people in the lobby struggling to get the app downloaded, including some without smart phones. This company know EXACTLY what they are doing, which is aiming to give people tickets. They aren’t interested in taking the already high amounts of cash for parking, they have set it up to increase the amount of PCN’s they can give. You follow the old system and their app won’t help you. Of course, you can’t ring or contact them as there are no humans to talk to as they’re all at home counting the cash they’ve scammed out of elderly Parkers. The sort of scam business that should be illegal, avoid these frauds at all costs costs.

45 minutes to sort out parking!
If i could give my experience with Q-Park a zero I would. Arrived in Colchester to be met with an open barrier and a message on the screen saying Free Passage and a winky face. They have recently taken over from NCP. I wasnt convinced by this and spotted a sign which wasnt obvious when we pulled in. There were a few people struggling to dosnload this app myself included. The app kept dropping put and ny bank would not authorise a £0.00 payment for Q-Parks to hold. We spent 45 minutes and still cpuld not resolve the issues we were having and it ruined the day. I could not sort out the issues until i got hone. Their customer service is non existant and you talk to chat bots. In the end i was told to pay for the parking we had used 2 hours after we left the car park which i did. Lets hope I dobt gst a PCN because i will fight that especially as all over their website they know thetes issues and they tell you to do this. I will not be parking in this car park again. If there are issies with the app they need to have humans at the end pf the phone who can take payments. This to me seems like they are trying to catch peopleout and its unethical they have made it difficult to pay for parking and people wont do it and businesses will suffer!!

One star is the minimum you can select - I'd give them zero if I could. After parking in Cardiff Westgate St I saw the signs to say that Q Park had taken it over. I downloaded the app but obviously hadn't been able to pre-book and the car park didn't appear as a selectable option on the map. Only when I got home and restarted the app did it appear, so now (after speaking with Customer service) I have to bodge an hour long stay so I can pay for the time I was there earlier and hope to avoid a £100 fine. Not only that, but this car park also includes an unexplained, additional, 40p surcharge. I'm not sure what that's for - it's clearly not for cleaning up all the urine. One positive, I suppose, is that from now on I'll find an NCP car park that's a bit further from my office, so I'll get my steps in.

Stop jer selv, hold dog op et vanvittigt firma. Staten burde sørge for de rettede ind ellers inddrage deres ret til at drive virksomhed. Fejl på fejl jeg orker dem ikke, nu stopper det, ellers tager vi ( et ikke gyldigt krav ) til inkasso. Og de blir til grin da jeg har dok og betalt.
