Wish I hadn’t bothered! Do NOT get it delivered
Taken day off and despite being sat waiting for the courier they tell me they have tried to deliver and so now stuck unless I waste another day and take another day off. No help on the phone, all I was told is to wait for it to return to them and order again 😤 UPDATE; I have since wasted a 2 hour trip to collect the parcel to find it was on a truck going to a different depot. Despite UPS confirming it was at the depot I went to. And a week later I have had 2/3 parcels arrive on different days. But as the main rig still hasn’t arrived, I cannot proceed and even start making anything. It’s completely ruined the surprise for my son and I never knew getting parcels would be this stressful. Do NOT get it delivered if you order a sim.

Our absolute go-to for Fanatec and hard-to-find gear! Pure Sims are my first stop for my Fanatec and hard-to-find items. On this latest order, I picked up a Fanatec GT Cockpit Shifter Mount, alongside a Heusinkveld Magshift and a Heusinkveld Sim Handbrake. True to form, everything was processed for immediate dispatch. Their logistics are incredibly reliable. They use premium couriers instead of cutting corners on shipping, and this specific order arrived promptly via UPS by 1 PM. Everything was boxed up tightly with very secure packaging, ensuring all the new gear arrived in pristine condition. I also have to highlight their customer service. I had a quick shipping inquiry and gave them a ring; the support on the phone was excellent, friendly, and got my question sorted immediately. When you combine this top-tier level of service with the fact that they run frequent sales on big-name brands, choosing Pure Sims is a complete no-brainer. I can't recommend them enough!

Pure Sims what can I say, just pure amazing, so easy to deal with, I phoned them and it was no problem talking me through what I needed if it was in stock etc, so very helpfull and professional, delivery was bang, I ordered a part that did not fit also in the order told me to return and they will refund, you really cant ask for anymore from a company, pure Sims well done.
