Nice gameplay but game environment not managed properly
Im a loyal PUBGm fan that played since Season2, invested lots of time and money into it, before this every season maks me cant wait to try out the new theme gameplay such as the Pharoah, Snow paradise and Runic Power, but never seen again those is the current version (hope can bring back previous theme since the starting of this game). Also liked the zombie mode & night mode very much but now its removed from the game for a very long time. And for current game environment, is more likely that speak with your skin, they make those player with skills not so welcomed than those with bad skills and nice skins. Since these years they uploan ned outfit very fast and there is still many bugs in the gameplay.( My car will stuck underground sometimes when i drive on a field even without rocks or anything. Also one more suggestions is can we get the UC recharge gas station back for the one with multipliers for our recharge, I remember last time i saw it is more than one year ago. And when the joining of Cxxxx country player or kid player, there will always been an issue for communication, C country player is always rude in the gameplay and dont even work in a team, they just playing like solo in a teammatchmaking and keep on using rude and abusive words towards other player, but when we hit on the report button its always just remain the same and not even muting their mic. (I know thier contry cant join this game, but is too often that all of them using VPN, can please figure out a way to block from this problem?) Btw i played this game for so long the experience is still ok for me, Just hope that this will be seen by the studio and seriously all the player still liked those ald versions theme and gameplay very much is all better than those nowadays theme.

The core gameplay is genuinely great
The core gameplay is genuinely great — tense, skill-based, addictive. But the monetization ruins everything. Matchmaking feels manipulated during ranked games, bots suddenly play like pros the moment you’re one win away from promotion, and the loot system is pure casino design. They clearly tweak the RNG to push you toward spending. Fix the greed, and this would be a 5-star game. Right now it’s a 2.

One of the worst help center in existence
I’ve been a loyal PUBG Mobile player for years, investing both time and money into my account — and yet when it was hacked, the support system completely failed me. I provided clear evidence: purchase receipts, device history, and long-term activity from my region. Despite this, my claim was rejected with no real explanation — just automated responses. Meanwhile, the person currently using my account is actively changing names, deleting friends, and using something that clearly isn’t theirs — and nothing is being done. This is extremely disappointing. A company of this scale should have a proper human support system for serious issues like account theft. Right now, it feels like: - Real owners are ignored - Hackers face no consequences - The recovery system is broken If you care about your players, this needs to change.

I want more Japanese theme skins to be added 😌
About my review I would like to say on overall the game is awesome the event, new gun and skins added, new armored vehicle with a machine gun on top etc... But what I would like more is that they more oni masks as I myself I'm a fan of oni masks, Japanese outfits such as the kimonos, armours even katanas etc... and I look forward for the developers to add more purchaseable masks, skins and outfits with silver frags and ag please that would be nice as I myself I have only 3 masks and I would like to buy more
