i bought some shorts
i bought some shorts, but when they did not fit, i emailed about a return. They got back to me, and i had to pay to return them to their address, but after that i heard nothing back. I spent £70 on the shorts and expected a refund or store credit, but they took the shorts and replied to me only after I threatened to take it further unless they reimbursed me, which they only then did. If you are going to buy, the clothes are great, but definitely order the right size, as you will almost certainly not be able to exchange.

I was very intrigued by their vision at first but extremely disappointed after my purchase. For the prices they offer, the quality of the clothes is extremely disappointing. I wish I would’ve paid more attention before buying from them because now I returned the items and can’t even get my money back. Could’ve bought much better clothes for 1/4 of the price at Zara.

The worst online clothing store
The worst online clothing store; nothing is clear when you need to exchange merchandise. No exchange paperwork is provided, you have to pay to send your clothes back for exchange, and you're forced to buy again because the store doesn't offer refunds, only vouchers for future purchases. Think very carefully before buying from this store; we are dissatisfied with their exchange policy.

No returns policy in place - buyer beware
Important to prewarn potential shoppers. I ordered a pair of jeans in the wrong size and could not get customer service to respond to an exchange, so I ordered another pair. The latter fits, but I now have a pair of jeans in the wrong size and no response from customer service on how to return the original item. Please be aware that this company provides no returns policy for items that you want to return. The address and contact details are deliberately opaque. I have emailed and IG'ed 3 times in the past week.
