The toy is WONDERFUL
The shipping was fast and the item arrived in perfect condition. The toy is WONDERFUL!! My grandkid love it and my daughter is very happy giving it to her instead of electronic toys. It is a wonderful way to help toddles develop better fine motor skills and logic. It's an amazing educational toy. By the way, the quality is also great and safe for young kids.

Jigsaws sadly not fit for purpose …
I bought this as a gift as a present for a first birthday, particularly because it was advertised as a 1st birthday gift, but unfortunately I’m really disappointed with it. The individual jigsaw pieces have no small pegs or handles on them, which means a one-year-old simply doesn’t have the fine motor skills needed to easily pick the pieces up and place them into the correct slots. For something specifically marketed towards a child celebrating their first birthday, I would expect the design to actually be appropriate for that age. I’ve also tried contacting the company several times to raise the issue and have been completely ignored. That has made the experience even more disappointing. Customer service shouldn’t disappear once they’ve taken your money. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend these jigsaws. In my opinion, they are not fit for the age they are being advertised for, and the lack of any response from the company has left an even worse impression. I would avoid and purchase from somewhere that designs its products appropriately for the age advertised and actually responds to customers when there is a problem.

My experience with Project Montessori
I am not in the habit of writing testimonials for products and/or companies. However, Project Montessori has restored my faith in small businesses and companies. They were not only responsive to my request- caused by an error on my part - but also generous in resolving it. The company as well as the toys are both a delight!
