The Multi Search feature in ProfitPath is marketed as a powerful tool for product discovery, but in practice, it does not always meet expectations. To begin with, this software is not particularly beginner-friendly. At €179 per month, you would expect a tool that helps users quickly identify profitable opportunities, but the learning curve is quite steep. As a result, recovering the subscription cost in the first few months may be challenging for many users. In my case, I was not aiming for unrealistic results—I was simply looking to find around 20 products per month with roughly a 15% ROI, which is a fairly modest target. Even with those expectations, I found it difficult to achieve consistent results using the platform. The main concern lies with the Multi Search functionality. While it provides a large volume of data, the quality and accuracy of that data can be inconsistent. ProfitPath themselves acknowledge that the feature returns an “insane” amount of data, but this often requires significant filtering and validation on the user’s part. For example, there are frequently products showing ROI figures over 100%, which initially appear promising. However, these are often inaccurate. In some cases, different products are being matched, or a single unit price is compared against a multipack listing (such as a 6-pack on Amazon), which inflates the reported profit margins. This makes it harder to rely on the data without additional manual checks. Stock filtering is another area that could be improved. Even when set to display in-stock items only, there are still instances where products have no stock available. This reduces the effectiveness of the filter and adds extra steps for the user. ProfitPath also encourages users to report incorrect matches and issues. While this is understandable for a developing platform, I found that I was sometimes spending more time reporting problems than actually testing the product itself, which at times made the experience feel closer to beta testing. It’s also worth noting that even more experienced sellers can struggle to find a worthwhile product in a reasonable amount of time. In many cases, it can take well over two hours just to identify something marginally viable. At best, what I found were products with very thin margins. Even after a few weeks of use, there was very little of real value for a new seller. On the few occasions where products did look promising, they often required 100+ unit ungating, which introduces another major barrier. As many sellers will know, getting ungated is one of the most difficult parts of online arbitrage on Amazon. It is not quick or easy, and anyone suggesting otherwise is being unrealistic. For new sellers in particular, this process can be slow, frustrating, and challenging—regardless of whether you are using ProfitPath or not. By the end of the trial, using Multi Search had become increasingly frustrating and ultimately felt like a poor use of time. Despite consistent effort, I was unable to find anything I felt confident purchasing as a beginner, and the process largely resulted in weeks of effort with little to show for it. It’s worth noting that other parts of the software are more useful, otherwise this product would likely receive a lower rating. The A2A feature is reportedly helpful, although I have not personally used it yet to purchase. The Store Spy tool may also have potential, though I did not use it extensively enough to fully assess it. The feature designed for finding available stock was somewhat inconsistent. Over the course of a few weeks, it was hit-and-miss, and I found limited opportunities of real value. That said, ProfitGo, another product within the ProfitPath portfolio, appears to be the stronger offering. It is similar in concept to SellerAmp’s SaaS tool but offers more functionality overall. Based on what I have seen, this is a tool that new sellers may find more worthwhile exploring. It is also fair to mention that there is quite extensive support available from the ProfitPath team, which can help guide users through the learning curve. This is a positive aspect, particularly for those willing to invest the time to learn the system. Overall, ProfitPath shows some potential, particularly as it is still a relatively new product. With further development and refinement—especially in improving data accuracy and filtering—the platform could become much more effective. At present, however, the Multi Search feature still requires significant improvement to justify the monthly cost. I have documented my experience using the software and plan to share it on YouTube to give a clear view of how it performs from a beginner’s perspective. To be completely fair I had ai score it out of 5!

I'm giving it one star for now. I subscribed on a new account and I can't connect my Amazon account. I contacted customer service, but they haven't been able to find a solution. I'll change my rating as soon as my problem is resolved.
