Unprofessional, poor communication
I worked with them for about one month for my B.V. and stopped shortly after. My experience was disappointing: unclear onboarding, poor communication, and an unprofessional tone when I followed up on an email. Based on this experience, I would not recommend them.

not professional, not trustworthy
I reached Ferhat via phone call, explained my situation in summary and asked for an appointment for my tax return because my situation was a bit complex. He asked me to first fill a form in their website then he would make an appointment. I filled the form but before I submit the form, it requested a payment to send the form. Since I trust Ferhat (somehow) I made the payment. Then I received an e-mail from them to upload documents. But I had some questions first and I needed to ask before uploading because some documents that they want was not clear for me, and some documents were missing. So I called Ferhat again at the same day to get some quick answers and have an appointment if possible. But he did not answer my phone call. Next day I called twice, and no answer again. 3rd day I called again and sent a message, but no answer again (No response and no message from him too). Then I sent a message again that "I don't want to continue like this, if you are busy, it is OK, please cancel my process and refund the money I paid. Because I need an advice first since my situation is complex." After my message he suddenly started to reply to my message saying that he can cancel the process but he cannot refund. He asked me to upload documents and continue. I said I will not because this is not a service that I asked for, I need an appointment or advice first. I don't know which documents I need to upload for my situation. Then he started to blame me about hiding something from him. As a result he has not responded my refund request and my money was gone. I have worked with other tax advisors in NL before and I have always made the payment after I had the service from them. I never had a problem like this from any service that I got in NL. This is the first time that happened to me. And I feel like I am a victim of a scam. This person is not professional, not trustworthy. I contacted NBA to file a complaint about him and I am currently reporting it to Raad voor Geschillen. It will take some time but I don't want to pay for a service I didn't take at all.
