I am giving a special excellent customer service shout-out to Gabriela, a Producer Loops Customer & Distribution Support Team Member: Gabriela continually responded to my email requests in both a very timely and knowledgeable manner. Gabriela took the extra time to provide instructional details to assist me through the music products online downloading processes. I consider such demonstrated customer service by Gabriela to be above-and-beyond, excellent, awesome, commendable, and duly acknowledgeable! Additionally---Producer Loops products are AWESOME!!!

Difficulty purchasing
Just because I am using a VPN, my purchase is ONHOLD as the country is different than my card, and they want photo ID or utility bill over email (which seems alarming.) BE WARY OF THIS SITE THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO REASON AND LEAVE YOU HANGING WAITING FOR YOUR FILES!!!!!

*Warning* lack of seriousness from Producer Loop
I was recently fooled by the misrepresentation of a bundle of 10 construction kits. Following a review I posted here, the company wrote to me to implore me to delete/modify the review in question in exchange for a refund. More than a week later since our last exchange and despite the status of my support ticket quoted as "urgent" I still haven't received either a reply or a refund. I am here to inform you of the lack of seriousness on the part of Producer Loop. I would therefore like to warn you about construction kits. The description is not always accurate.

So disapointed with this product I've purschased...the containt is not what we are hearing in the preview...at all...and some( many of them as a matter of fact) of the WAV are empty!!!!! this is not good from you guys. It's the ''Told Them - Afrobeats'' by the way
