Whenever I attempt to get clarity, the support team simply gives me the same generic instructions: "Also, feel free to contact us in our live-chat at Changelly. The chat is also available in our Android app." I followed every procedure they asked for and filed multiple formal complaints, which they claimed were passed on to their superiors, but to this day, I have received absolutely no response. Having a balance equivalent to over $10,000 completely frozen with zero communication is unacceptable and constitutes a clear violation of my rights as a user. My AccountID is 244CB2860F, and despite providing all necessary details, I have been met with a wall of silence. It feels as though they are simply waiting for me to give up on my own assets while they remain in control of my property. I was left in a desperate position with no way out until I finally took the right steps to address this lack of transparency. After reviewing the situation and my legal options, I consulted ＺＥ LRITH to better understand the appropriate legal steps available when access to personal funds is denied without support. The investigation and my refund request only moved forward after the lawyer was notified following those legal actions. This is not just a delay in service; it is a serious failure of responsibility and a breach of the trust required in financial transactions.

kyc Prüfung / Coins seit Monaten geperrt unter Vorwand der Prüfung
Ich kann andere Erfahrungen von Usern nur bestätigen ChangellyPro hat auch mein Konto seit letztem Jahr September gesperrt und gibt auch meine eingezahlten Coins nicht raus.. Auf Nachfrage wie lange es dauert kommen immer die gleichen Standard E-Mails „Warten sei schwer“ usw. und Sie wissen nicht wie lange das dauert und das mit Hochdruck dran gearbeitet wird. Gearbeitet wird hier nur mit Kundenvermögen das ist eine Tatsache. Achja, die „Prüfung“ kommt immer sobald Ihr was versucht auszuzahlen zu den schon hohen Gebühren dafür weil ist ja klar das was ausgezahlt wird das kann man nicht mehr verwalten und damit arbeiten. Also ich kann nur jeden warnen zahlt da kein Geld ein die Coins seht Ihr so schnell nicht wieder denn wenn man Sie da nicht sowieso verzockt werden Sie eben gesperrt unter dem Vorwand der kyc prüfung.. Das ist ein absolut unseriöses Verhalten ich bin bereits mit meiner Rechtsschutzversicherung in Kontakt..

Changelly’s KYC policy is highly unsatisfactory. While I can somewhat understand the need for KYC/AML procedures for the sake of safe operations, I strongly believe that if a customer does not wish to undergo KYC/AML, their funds should be returned. It is also the customer’s free choice if they do not want to comply with such procedures. Why should customers be forced to hand over all of their personal information to a company that hides its base of operations in a poor tax haven under questionable licenses? If you intended to lock funds, you should have made the request before the transaction took place. We all know that crypto is rooted in decentralization. While many users do choose centralized exchanges, there are also plenty of consumers who prefer OTC transactions or DEX platforms. For such users, especially when the funds date back a long time, it is not always easy to provide detailed proof of the source of funds. Yet Changelly seems to be using the lack of complete documentation as a pretext to withhold funds, avoid replying to emails, and refuse to make genuine efforts toward a fair resolution—waiting instead for customers to give up in exhaustion. No company should ever stand idly by while innocent consumers suffer unjust losses. At the very least, Changelly should keep customers informed so they are not left anxious—explaining what stage the process is, how long it is expected to take, and promising updates if delays occur. Consumers deserve to know what procedure is happening and how long they must wait. If Changelly cannot prevent possible consumer harm, cannot protect customers’ suffering, time, or money, then I must recommend that people refrain from using this platform. It is also extremely difficult for victims to even seek justice through legal action. In principle, consumers should be able to file lawsuits when they suffer damages, but in this case the company’s legal base is unclear, and it is located in a tax haven where proper legal recourse is weak or ineffective.
