Customer service is good poor quality
Customer service is good. The quality of the puzzle is very poor. My mum was a bit disappointed the puzzle pieces are all the same shape as well and it came completed so she’s just put it in a frame because it’s flimsy

🚨 DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN EXTREMELY NEGATIVE, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.🚨 THE PRODUCTS I RECEIVED WERE NOT AS DESCRIBED AND, NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. The picture tiles I received were extremely disappointing. The quality and appearance were nothing like what is shown on their website. The material appeared to be cheap, tacky grey plastic, and it does not hold on the wall with the cheap plastic strip at the back. What has made matters even worse is the complete lack of customer service and communication. THE COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. THE ONLINE CHAT IS EFFECTIVELY NON-EXISTENT. You receive automated BOT responses, followed by a message saying that an agent will be available. You can then sit and wait for hours, only to find that NO HUMAN AGENT EVER RESPONDS. This is completely unacceptable. ***PRINTERPIX DIRECTORS*** DAYA, Mohamed Kazim DAYA, Murtaza Ali SHOULD BE ABSOLUTELY ASHAMED OF THEIR MALPRACTICES AND FAILING TO RESPOND IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015

Useless website
If I could give less than 1 star I would, stay well clear of this website all they do is take your money and don’t deliver the goods. I have sent 11 emails and no one gets back to you, they must have the most useless staff working for them who can’t even do the easiest of tasks and reply to an email. All I have asked for is a refund but obviously that isn’t going to happen. I would class that as theft as I have nothing to show for it. Will never ever be using this website again and I will make sure word gets round that nobody else uses it either.

Printerpix are amazing
Printerpix are amazing. I got a poster printed recently and the price was great, it was printed and delivered very fast also. I love the quality of the poster, so would definitely recommend and I will use them again for sure.
