Ho soggiornato all’hotel President dal 2/3 al 9/3/2025 e sono stata benissimo, tutti gentilissimi, dalla reception alla cameriera della camera Carmen. Per non parlare poi della disponibilità e gentilezza della signora Loredana nella SPA, e Gina per i massaggi veramente brava, e il signor Ugo del reparto termale, sempre gentile e paziente, e molto brava e gentile Lina che mi ha seguito per i fanghi. Grazie a tutti, non vedo l’ora di tornare. Dimenticavo la sala ristorante sempre impeccabile e camerieri molto gentili, cibo molto buono.

Hotel president in Budapest is a rip off snd s joke snd please refund me for my holiday in full love holidays as I checked out earlier as wasn’t satisfied with my hotel, they are s disgrace the hotel snd the love holidays, I payed £1169 for 5 days in Budapest president hotel bed snd breakfast and the food menu was disgusting and very limited and they lied about the facilities they were offering, no swimming pool of ice rink, snd the rooms were very basis snd not very clean, I would love love holidays to refund me in full for my holiday snd the hotel to pay me compensation for the stress and it being a awful holiday,

Personale maleducato e indisponente, mai più!
Ho prenotato x settembre ‘24, last-minute tramite Booking, un offerta fantastica a Cesenatico,Hotel President. Ci hanno trattato da “poveracci”, arrabbiati con noi per non aver prenotato direttamente sul loro sito. Hanno fatto finta che la carta è rifiutata per non pagare la commissione a Booking, c’era scritto che la tassa del soggiorno era inclusa, e invece abbiamo dovuto pagare di nuovo, il parcheggio doveva essere incluso, e invece abbiamo pagato di nuovo, alla reception ci hanno detto che dovevano dire grazie se c’era il cuscino per quello che abbiamo pagato. Al arrivo, c’erano degli ospiti stranieri, il receptionist traduceva con il telefono, con Google traduttore! Nel letto pulito, appena tolta la coperta c’era un capello lungo, nero sul lenzuolo bianco. Mancava il telecomando della televisione, la receptionist insisteva che doveva essere in camera, era impossibile che non ci fosse, alla fine, quando ha visto che eravamo decisi ad andare in fondo, sicuri di ciò che mancasse, ci ha fatto trovare sul comodino un telecomando mentre eravamo usciti a fare una passeggiata. Ho chiesto la ricevuta e non mi hanno dato nessuna risposta. Esperienza negativa, personale maleducato e indisponente, mai più! Mi dispiace molto, ma non è colpa mia se decidono di fare offerte, poi non si possono pentire e raggirare i clienti facendoli pagare cose già pagate e offenderli! Non si può tollerare, è inammissibile!

Give us our money back,a real rip off,£348 + £40 for the dog,£7 per night for parking that was only for a dozen cars,collapsed floors wet room mould,not even a hairdryer,door damaged by a crowbar & has dropped,avoid room 303,all you hear is lift motor and lift door banging all nite,we paid for 3 nites bed & breakfast,had enough after 1 sleepless nite didn't even stop for breakfast,they will not give us a refund so will take it up with VISA Section 75 goods & services or ombudsman,avoid this dump at all costs,some pratt called Nathan answers their reviews. Ps, I forgot bar staff emptying bottles in recycle bin after midnight,are they thick. Big metal bin in yard below bedrooms at the rear,wish i could use expletives on here AVOID AT ALL COST . Hope they enjoy the review. Ps. By the 5th we got £150 refund from booking.com not the PRESIDENT HOTEL . Better than nothing .

If I could give this lower than 1 star then i would! Never again will I step foot inside this hotel! I very rarely complain and write really bad reviews but it’s needed! Was charged £82 for the night to be greeted with the smell of urine from the room! Definitely not cleaned and the beds was filthy and smelt like something had died in there. The whole place is disgusting!! Body hair in the bottom of The shower and 1 towel to share between 4 of us! Moldy cups, curtains half hanging on the curtain pole and all ripped and not to talk about the furniture! After mentioning this to a member of staff about the issues and requested a refund as i didn’t want to stop in the room never mind my partner and our 8 and 6 year old girls, he was rude about it, did a cocky smirk as if to say I’m not bothered and just gave me another room and said it would be better… this was an utter lie!! Again, greeted with the smell of mold, urine and pure filth from top to bottom of the room, a wet room that had no running water, no shower curtain and was grime all over the floor, somewhere where you wouldn’t want to stand and have a shower to get clean you would come out dirtier! Parking was stated £5 on the reception but was charged £7 for a few hours.. stated this again another cocky smirk and really rubbish remarks! Entertainment was diabolical, dirty glasses and just a complete and utter shitshow from start to finish! We came home covered in bites also! No apology from any staff about the room, no refund or even any money off, just a very uncomfortable nights sleep, stiff necks from the rock hard pillows and covered in bites from top to bottom! pictures online are an absolute trap to lure people to stay here! I would totally avoid!!! Don’t even waste your time and money here
