I purchased already something like 20 of their products and the only negative so far is that the company doeasn't reply to any email enquaries or complaints, that's the shame.

grosse arnaque! commande passée et débitée le jour même! toujours rien reçu. impossible de les joindre par téléphone et ne répondent pas aux mails. c'est une arnaque!!!

SCAM Be Aware
I would give them 0 stars if that was possible. Placed an order on the 15th of April, was charged on the 16th. I have received an order confirmation straight away and that's it. Nothing, nada, zero ever since! I wrote them numerous emails and contacted the mother company pg grupo by email as well. No reply either. Phone calls go straight into a voicemail. I asked for a chargeback from my bank and was approved as more than a month later there are no items and no reply from the company. Stay away from premiumperfumes!!! They are a disgraceful thieves

thieves, basically
took my money immediately and kept telling me they were waiting for stock. Then they stated they were having problems with couriers. They cancelled and no money returned. Not answering emails. What a shower of crooks. No wonder the prices look good, they don't exist.

BEWARE POSSIBLY ROGUE TRADERS
I placed an order in December 2020 and was told they had stock to fulfill my order. However, 4 weeks ago, I get told they have no stock which suggested they could be rogue traders, otherwise my order would not have been accepted and payment processed. They should not be advertising products for sale if they do not have stock to meet an order. I feel this company are making deliberate attempts to mislead customers and are very poorly managed whilst adopting the attitude, if you fail to prepare, you have to be prepared to fail. The customer service they supply is totally unreliable and the only trust should not be trust you should have in them is that they are ROGUE TRADERS who operate sharp practice techniques to exploit your money in return for nothing.
