If you have a chronic fissure it's a must buy
This cream took me out of the depths of depression from the pain and itching of my chronic fissure. I genuinely thought there was no hope. This didn't cure it but it totally changed my life and stopping the constant pain or itching while waiting for the specialist. The best cream on earth for an anal fissure.

Amazing product!!
I highly rate this product- it is definitely worth a go! I have struggled with symptoms for the whole of my adult life and nearly 40 now, and nothing I’ve been able to buy has helped before. Over the past 2 years I’ve been back and forth to the hospital as I finally had enough of suffering in pain and discomfort from fissures, itching and haemorrhoids. After Botox injections (3 courses of only lasting for 3 months or so) and x2 surgeries to ‘fix’ this issue, I was still suffering itching symptoms which persisted, to be told they don’t know why it is still an issue. Pranicura eases the itching within a few applications and I only need small amounts twice daily to keep on top of the feeling coming back. This really has been a life changer, I no longer wake during the night and overall have a better quality of life due to this! I’d read reviews long before trying this, and could’ve saved a lot of suffering if I’d of just tried sooner. Give it a go-you have nothing to lose; but a lot to gain!

Only product of it's kind that seems to ork
Have tried the "main brand" Prep this and that products and numerous "off brand" guaranteed-to-work products. Pranicura is the only one I have tried that really had results!
