Sehr gute Erfahrung von Anfang bis Ende. Alles war transparent, zuverlässig und deutlich unkomplizierter als erwartet. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf einen guten Service gelegt wird. Ich würde den Anbieter jederzeit wieder nutzen.

Povezano is a scam website. Avoid at all cost
Povezano is a scam website. They will provide you with a FAKE tracking number and their website will show as the item been delivered. You will be unable to find this tracking in any courier tracking system (AusPost, Fedex, DHL etc.)as its a FAKE tracking number. When you reach out to them, only available option is their email address. when you email them advising that tracking on their website shows its been "Delivered" but you don't have the item, you will receive an email advising that according to their logistics its been delivered. they will ask you to look at the front door, around your house and even surrounding area of your community or if it was collected by someone else. they will keep repeating the same thing again and again. Then they will ask you to go to your local delivery company (they wont tell you which courier company they used) and obtain a lost package certificate (which of course you cant get because it was never sent) for refund. If this has happened to you, please reach out to your bank immediately and dispute the transaction with reason "Item not received". Provide transaction date and details to your bank. they will be able to roll back the transaction and issue a new card for security purpose. also, check all your transaction post the ordering date to check any suspicious transaction that you don't recognise. once again, please note that this is a SCAM website. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from Povezano.

They claimed that the items were delivered they were not they will not refund my money. It’s a complete scam.

Do not use this company - scam!
Do not use this company! I am not even sure whether this is a real company! I placed my order and paid for express delivery (4 days max). 5 weeks later, after trying to contact the seller and following the terrible tracking updates, I saw that my order was apparently delivered! It was not! I was never assigned a courier, absolutely no information of who and when would deliver the order. When I contacted Povezano again they basically said as far as they’re concerned they were done with me and advised that I check my doorstep! They’re unable to provide the courier or shipping company that was used. They’re unwilling to contact the courier to ask for proof of delivery probably because it doesn’t exist as in the Uk any courier will provide you with proof of delivery. Basically I’ve been completely and utterly let down before a big event and the company themselves are utterly unhelpful and useless. Worst service I ever received and they won’t give money back unless I obtain some sort of proof of no delivery! Again, I don’t even know what courier company was used as they won’t say. Absolutely awful!
