Really helpful company
Really helpful company. We have bought from them in the past and had several call outs, all very efficient. Lauren was so friendly and informative so I felt very secure with my current purchase and maintenance contract

Genuine company, Real people, first class Customer Service
Being new to book binding, I did not know which machine would suit my needs. I telephoned spoke to a real person on three rings. I made an appointment to call back the next day to speak to Emmaline who would be more than happy to advise me about the machines. I was met with the most helpful, courtious person, she could not of done anymore for me. What an amazing person to deal with and a very genuine company. They really know their stuff and passing on their knowledge to me has given me more confidence and reassurance when I am ready to add the next machine to my collection. It is so hard to find companies like this, you speak to real people who give their customers 100%. Thank you so much for such a great customer service. Lisa

Fast, helpful service when I needed it most
I unfortunately lost the USB drive that came with my equipment, and wasn’t sure what to do next — especially since I’d bought the item well over a year ago. I reached out via the online chat on their website and spoke with Lauren. She was incredibly helpful and sorted everything out straight away; she emailed me the template I needed in less than 5 minutes. It’s amazing that they were still able to assist me so quickly and easily long after my purchase. Truly brilliant, efficient customer service — highly recommended!
