Ce site il est une arnaque. J'ai passé une commande mais je n'ai jamais reçu de confirmation par mail. Donc 3 h après j'en passe une nouvelle et je m'aperçois qu'ils ont validé les 2. J'essaie alors d'annuler ma commande en cliquant sur le bouton mis à disposition mais ça me mets un message d'erreur. Je contact le sav qui n'y arrive pas non plus et me disent qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. Et en plus ils me comptent 2 fois les frais de livraison. Jamais vu un sav aussi inutile. Fuyez ce site!

Per chi legge italiano: Ordine sbagliato 2 volte, set mandato a pezzi, pezzi doppi e una presa per i fondelli come risposta dopo 1 mese di avanti indietro tra servizio clienti e spedizioni. English: I ordered a set from them via website/app. (A sealed set makes it certain you get no doubles) The set was sent wrong 2 times. First time it was loose boxes (high probability of doubles), after one and a half week (after having to send back the wrong order first) i get the lackage wrong again: an unsealed set (which more often than not it means it was tampered with). Support at that time tells me it's a custom clearence kind of problem and the set should be complete, so to open it and chck myself that there were no doubles (bull*** as the deposits are in Europe and do not undergo custom clearence by opening seals and tearing oart of the display case). LO AND BEHOLD. A double. High probability of being exchanged at the deposists for the missing one or the secret edition which can be privately sold for a good amount of money. Their solution after almost a month of exchanges between deliveries and support? "Send back the double and we'll send the missing one (of course not the secret duh)". After a month i expected some kind of courtesy or apology given the tampering. I bought a sealed set and got a slap in the face apology.

Keine Ahnung was die ganzen komischen schlechten Bewertungen sollen… Von 1* Bewertung bis zu weirden Versand Dingen die passiert sein sollen? Ganz kurz zu der „Mutter“ die ihren Kindern labubus kaufen wollte: Dir ist klar das labubus bzw. generell alles von popmart an Ältere Menschen (mind. Ab 16) gerichtet ist oder? Zumal eine 1* Bewertung abgeben weil man selber zu langsam ist um ne Bestellung abzuschließen ist ziemlich unangenehm für eine angebliche erwachse Frau mit Kindern 🤡🤡🤡🤡 Ich selber hatte keine Probleme. Hab was bestellt, wurde schnell verschicnt und es ist alles heile angekommen ohne irgendwelche Mängeln etc.

Ordered 2 MLP skullcandy and 1 labubu
Ordered 2 MLP skullcandy and 1 labubu, all arrived within 2 days in perfect condition. Was worried about ordering with the reviews but I was positively surprised! I even got one of the rares in my MLP box! (sunset shimmer) which made me superhappy! Granted these are "old" items so probably don't have as much interest now so probably easier to get hold of, but just wanted to share my positive experience:)

I was assaulted by the security guy …
I was assaulted by the security guy at one of the Popmart stores for no reason what so ever. I made a complaint and I was asked to bring my children in to give them a small gift to say sorry. I got the train all the way in (I am not local) and my children were given 2 blind boxes each, the staff were friendly but it was all a bit awkward. I then emailed and asked for my train tickets to be reimburse and Popmart have refused to do so. Disappointed in this and if that was the expectation I wouldn’t have ever agreed to go in. There customer care is poor, the least they could have done is paid for my train ticket, essentially I am at loss with there resolution. I am a regular customer and I won’t be shopping here anymore
