Avoid Just to warn off any non-coders or those new to WordPress about this plug-in. Things that should be simple, like changing font size of menus, means writing additional css code. I realised within a few hours of purchasing this how time consuming this plug-in was going to be and wrote some polite emails requesting a refund that was declined. The whole experience has been very unpleasant and I moved to a different plug-in that worked beautifully in a couple of minutes. If the company had done the decent thing then I would have left satisfied, without needing to write this bad review, but my recommendation – avoid at all costs.

They are a COMPLETE fraud. I tried to return plugin within 24 hours yet they refused. The plugin never worked!!!!

Hatte das Plugin aus Versehen herunter…
Hatte das Plugin aus Versehen herunter geladen und eine Pro Mitgliedschaft abgeschlossen, sofort habe ich den Kauf widerrufen und seitdem weigert sich der Anbieter den Betrag zurück zu erstatten. Support ist sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Vorsicht daher wenn man Geld bezahlen muss. Nie wieder und ich muss jetzt meinem Anwalt einschalten!

I’m leaving this review as a warning to anyone considering buying Polylang. In my experience, getting a refund was essentially impossible. When I requested one, they pointed to “Exceptions from the right of withdrawal” for digital content, specifically the clause that says you may lose the right to withdraw once performance begins after giving express consent and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal. I understand digital products can have different refund rules, but the way this was handled felt like they can always find a reason to deny a refund, and the policy is used as a shield rather than making any reasonable effort to help customers. My advice: assume that once you purchase, you’re unlikely to be eligible for a refund—so read the terms very carefully and only buy if you’re 100% sure.
