Total rubbish
Total rubbish, overpriced tat. Pictures look like a cheap child's slide projector from the 1960s. Not at all has advertised! Even 8yr old granddaughter who staying over started laughing and said quote ( its rubbish grandad) unquote says it all 4 me. Dont waste your money. Bought a box of slides with it £45 all going back!!

I made a mistake on my order
I made a mistake on my order and ordered two boxes of the same set of discs, where I intended to order two different sets. I reached out to customer support and they responded the same day and offered to ship out the box I intended to order at no cost. Excellent product and customer service to back it up!

A tale of two Galaxy projectors
I ordered a Galaxy projector for a friend's birthday in March and she has used it every night since. The discs provide beautiful and relaxing images and she has found it helpful in falling asleep. Since she enjoyed her projector so much, I ordered one for my nephew's birthday. Unfortunately, it was was faulty and did not work. However, POCOCO's customer service department was good to work with and sent a replacement. (Note: it took more than a month to resolve things. If you have an issue, just be patient and allow them time to follow their protocols. They were sometimes slow to respond, but they persisted until we had a resolution.) My nephew is very happy with his new projector.

The projector has a timer which is great for when my daughter goes to sleep. The projector turns off in the night.

Love our Galaxy Projector
Love their product. My son has a galaxy project in his room. Turning it on and watching the stars and planets has become a soothing night time ritual. I can not recommend this product enough. It’s beautiful, realistic and mesmerizing.
