I Received a Refund Because They Know What Happens in Their Synthetic OTC Market
Pocket Option keeps claiming in public replies that they never refund trading losses and that their internal OTC market operates with fair parameters. That statement is completely false, and I am living proof of it. I previously challenged Pocket Option regarding their internally generated, synthetic OTC pricing after losing my capital. When I presented the technical discrepancies and escalated the matter with formal cybercrime complaints in India, their compliance team reached out and issued me a discretionary refund of $377 under the label of an "exceptional gesture" to settle my dispute privately. They processed my refund because they know exactly how their OTC quotes differ from public exchange data and wanted to avoid regulatory scrutiny. Now, when another user (Mahima Tiwari, UID: 112021190) presents the exact same OTC discrepancy evidence for her $4,001 principal, Pocket Option blocks her accounts, ignores her formal emails, and hides behind "confidentiality and data protection" to cover up their selective settlement practices. Do not be misled by their scripted responses claiming all cases are treated objectively. They only issue refunds when threatened with serious legal and regulatory escalation. Hiding behind privacy clauses will not change the fact that you selectively settle to suppress exposure.

questa piattaforma è uno scandalo, menomale che ho depositato solo 20 euro, mercati non reali ma come vogliono loro, prelievo impossibile, ATTENZIONE: ogni volta che proverete a fare una nuova verifica per il prelievo troverà una nuova scusa!!! se avete visto sui social questa piattaforma attenti perché si tratta di una partnership retribuita pultroppo e non di consigli sul trading. esperienza pessima

We had a cruise in April with P&O it was the most horrible 14 days I had in the Mediterranean for those 14 nights I could not sleep after comlaning on the second day on the ship we were told that they could not move us I had paid over £4000 for the cruise I cold not sleep all night when i returned back from the cruise I complained to there headoffice they were not at all have any simpothy was told that ship makes noise the noise was not from the ship but from the restaurant directly above my cabin and the noise was of trolley movement pots dropping on the roof loud talking and dropping of heavy items louder then the noise of ship noise people slamming doors this happened all night. I then phoned and sent details to Abta they told me that they were not able to help me they refused to contact P&O to deal with my case I can assure you I will never go with P&O. I hav a previous trip with them and had no problem on the first crouse that is why I books second one and suffered sleepless nights
