I paid 22 pound ONLY for a basic Instagram boost plan. The website the proceeded to try to take just over 500 pound and took 36 pound from account!!! DO NOT USE THIS!!!

Terrible experience with Plixi.
Terrible experience with Plixi. I clearly emailed them on 1 July saying: “Please cancel my subscription.” Despite that, they continued charging me. Their explanation is that they sent another email asking me to confirm the cancellation, and because I didn’t respond to that second email, they decided to keep the subscription active and continue taking payments. I don’t see how a company can reasonably argue that a clear written cancellation request somehow doesn’t count unless you cancel it again. After I challenged the charges, they still refused to refund the money taken after my cancellation request and instead offered 50% of only the most recent charge as a “goodwill gesture.” The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. If a customer explicitly tells you in writing to cancel a subscription, that should be the end of it. Continuing to charge them and then hiding behind an unnecessary confirmation process is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend being very careful before giving this company your card details.

A scam
A scam. They supplied bot followers only, which adversely affected the Instagram account, despite saying they would not do this. AI customer support leaves you going in circles talking to a machine. Refused to refund despite paying for other services that they did not deliveryl at all. Specifically, $200 paid for several follower campaigns and boosts which, when completed, did not achieve a single follower or 'like'.
