An experienced, competent, transparent company.
I have been using this company for song promotions on Spotify for the last 4 or five years. I have also utilized their YouTube promotions. The communication with this company is easy and quick. If I have had any quirks with an order or have any questions, I have received a prompt response. There is a time zone difference with so, a next day response is fine. I have dealt with other promotion companies that never respond. I like the dashboard that is created for your promotions. You know exactly where your music has been placed and when all your placements have occurred. Their pricing is competitive. They are not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Even when my songs were not as “polished”, (I hadn’t learned the mixing and mastering process like I know it now…still learning) my songs were placed on active playlists. No bots ever. I had a previous campaign where the playlist seemed like it should be very active, but after a few days went by, my song had no streams. I emailed the company and was promptly placed on other playlists to make up for that playlists inactivity. Sometimes I have also been placed on playlists that far exceeded my campaigns follower capacity. I believe being a loyal user of their services pays dividends because I have experienced it. So, there is a human touch element with this promotion company that has been lacking with some others.

I have used Playlist-Promotion a number of times. They are trustworthy and communicate well. The playlists they submit your music to are of high quality which is the most important part. Your music will gain listeners with this promotion agency. My experience has been great.
