I absolutely love Planoly
I absolutely love Planoly. I've been a user for the last 6 years. The company recently appointed a new CEO and the new direction is just amazing. I had an opportunity to chat, and they are so receptive to new ideas as well as moving so much faster. I suggested a few changes, and they were implemented the next day. I've been using their new product in a beta stage and it's beyond amazing. Their support is also very good. Whenever I have an issue, I submit an email and i have a response within 1 business day. This new direction is so exciting!

Refund never issued when creator didnt respond
I paid for a service and the creator didnt respond within 14 days, and exactly 14 days later I got an email that my refund was on its way and that it could take up to 10 business days. After 15 business days of waiting for the refund, I contacted their support team, and a few days later their response was basically that the creator had 14 days to respond and then I'd get a refund 3-5 days after that. I emailed again to reiterate the issue because they didnt seem to understand that it had been over a month since I had originally purchased, and I confirmed in my bank statements that the transaction had posted and the money was taken from my account and never returned. I emailed again about a week later and got no response. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank because its been a month and a half since I paid for a service I didnt get and now it's been over a month since I was told my refund would be issued within a week.

This app constantly fails and the links…
This app constantly fails and the links to socials expire all the time, but you can’t reconnect on your phone - you have to log in on a desktop! Then posts fail for a myriad of different reasons once scheduled, not when scheduling! Their customer service is so bad. Non existent. It’s the most frustrating app. I paid for an annual subscription and I certainly won’t be renewing it!
