Muy mala comunicación con el usuario…
Muy mala comunicación con el usuario incluso si envías un correo. Que yo sepa no tiene una APP para controlar las galerías y además una mala relación calidad precio. Pero lo que peor veo es la atención al cliente.Voy a buscar otras galerías que me ofrezcan mejor servicio.

Generally a user-friendly platform with a clean interface and a reasonable price point. Some frustrating limitations, especially for EU-based customers. Certain features related to payments and legal requirements do not feel fully adapted to European regulations. Some functions also feel like they could be improved or made more flexible. It is also highly questionable that Pixieset closes the account immediately when you cancel your subscription. No refund, and no option to simply let the already paid subscription period run out naturally. That is not acceptable.

Extremadamente decepcionado con Pixieset. Después de haber probado sus servicios, decidí cancelar mi plan de pago para volver a la versión gratuita, y la experiencia ha sido una pesadilla. En lugar de permitirte seguir gestionando tus archivos bajo los límites del plan gratuito (el cual cumplo, ya que solo uso una pequeña fracción del almacenamiento permitido), el sistema bloquea y oculta tus galerías actuales. Te obligan a entrar en un bucle infinito de menús de 'Upgrade' donde esconden deliberadamente la opción de volver al plan de $0, impidiéndote publicar o compartir tu trabajo con los clientes a menos que vuelvas a pagar. Es una táctica de diseño manipuladora que parece diseñada para 'secuestrar' el trabajo del fotógrafo en momentos críticos de entrega. Además, dificultan enormemente la eliminación de los datos de facturación y la tarjeta de crédito una vez que la cuenta entra en este estado de 'bloqueo'. Si eres un fotógrafo que valora la transparencia y el acceso a su propio trabajo sin ser coaccionado, te recomiendo buscar alternativas como Pic-Time. No volveré a usar Pixieset ni a recomendarlo a mis colegas.

Best photographer platform
I love the photography platform. It has so many features and is easy to use. Definitely a keeper. This is my 3rd platform and I'm staying. I give it a 10 rating. Thank you for providing such a great platform!

Pixieset+Lightroom: a marriage made in heaven!
As a photographic artist, I wanted a quick & easy way to post my images to be viewed in a portfolio/gallery format and to effortlessly sell quality prints. A friend of mine who is a portrait photographer showed me Pixieset. He showed me how to set it up, connect it to Lightroom and publish my finished images. Then, when you update any published photo in Lightroom, it is marked as "Modified to Republish". Both he and I use the "Client Gallery" in Pixieset, NOT the "Website" builder. As a former web designer, I do not want to spend ANY more time configuring web pages, or navigation, or writing content or posting blogs. (But the choice is there if you want to go down those rabbit holes.) Personally, I only want to spend my time organizing, selecting and processing my photographs to publish and print. The Client Gallery is a simple and elegant presentation for your photos, and integrates with the lab of your choice for fulfillment options—from plain prints to various types of frames, as well as canvas, metal, acrylic and more—depending on the lab that you choose. [Search pixieset client-gallery] When doing your initial setup, Pixieset's documentation is very thorough and can be found here: [Search pixieset help] the help pages are short, easy to understand, step-by-step answers with screenshots. And if you need more assistance, use the "Contact Us" button and post your question to the "chatbot." Soon, an ACTUAL PIXIESET EMPLOYEE will respond within 24 hours—every time! They have always been extremely helpful, and sometimes I even make suggestions for features that they appreciate receiving and sometimes eventually implement. It appears that most of the negative reviews on here are from customers OF photographers who haven't setup Pixieset correctly for their clients to view & purchase photos. That is no fault of Pixieset, and Pixieset certainly can't go into those Client Galleries and configure them for those customers of the photographers! Those customers need to push back on their photographers, rather than leave hate reviews here about Pixieset. (Honestly, people can be so mean online just because they are "invisible".) If you are a photographer looking for a fast, efficient, and elegant solution for publishing and selling your photographs, Pixieset is it! And it's FREE forever, if you want! No gimmicks—only upgrade to a paid plan when you need more space or more features. My friend, a very active portrait photographer, was on the free plan for many years until he finally ran out of space. (You get 3 GB on the free plan.) I have been using Pixieset for over two years now, on a daily basis. I switched to a paid plan so I could use my own domain name and logo, and also for commission-free sales. In the past I have used Zenfolio (too expensive and too much website "design" work to do); and then I custom-built my own WordPress site integrated with Fotomoto for fulfillment (WAY too much work and time-consuming); and I also checked out ShootProof, Smugmug, Photoshelter and Photobucket, but each site and setup had its own very time-consuming complexities. Pixieset+Lightroom allows me to focus on just one thing: doing my photography. Try it, you'll love it!
