Buy the FULL Retail to not have any problems
Bought Windows 11 Pro full retail at 4€ and the code was delivered instantly. It was binded to the Microsoft Account correctly and I couldn't be happier. I verified with slmgr /dli and it was indeed the RETAIL channel.

Vas a perder tu dinero
No cumplen con la política de reembolso. Si un producto no te vale, te aguantas, no te devuelven el dinero, aunque no hayas activado la clave no la vayas activar, como en mi caso, por no ser compatible. Además, operan desde Emiratos Árabes, información que no encuentras fácilmente en la web, sino que te lo dicen en la factura del pedido que no te devuelven porque no respetan los derechos de devolución de la unión europea. Totalmente depecionante y no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

I used it from time to time, but for some reason my account is now "deactivated", support doesn't work, and another key that I bought came without any instructions at all therefore can't be used (and no it's not the regular "paste it when the program asks for it"), again, support doesn't answer so basically scammed

Brought a failed Windows 11 Pro Key
Brought a Windows 11 Pro Key, it wouldn't work. Sent Pixelcodes an email, NO reply, then my account with them is suddenly deactivated, and now cant re-activate it, to chase up customer services As a few others on here have said, it gives the impression of being scammed, as their customer service is non-existent. Just to add to this review, I have just finished talking with Microsoft (19/05/2026), and they have informed me this key isn't a windows key at all, and to go back to where I purchased it, which I've tried, but the scammers at Pixel wont reply.
