A total nightmare
A total nightmare. Bought a package, they "drank" the entire package in one day, and customer service is a nightmare.

Extremely poor for red-eye removal
I paid for a bunch of credits for this product in order to clean up some old photos to remove red-eye. Sometimes - SOMETIMES - it does a fairly good job on the first attempt. MOST times it takes a bunch of attempts to get it right. This last one took 12 generations of the AI model to massage it correctly, which, of course took 12 of my credits, even though I only saved the project once. This is highway robbery! And their Help section is totally worthless.

Predatory practices
Predatory practices. I didn't use the service for a full year and they refused to refund the payment when it got charged even though I'd never used it even once. Had to file a chargeback against them. Very unethical business. Stay away.

Not only they are taking money for…
Not only they are taking money for subscricption, but even with this, if you have still 12 credits they refused to continue what did you ask for. Unpixelated photo after, is even with more pixels. Creating a scenario looks absolutely awful, don't even mention what they did with original faces. Of course, there is zero contact with them, they only providing links to payment and that's all. I used 1 star but should be 0 as well.
