Nice crypto card
Nice crypto card, actually. I was between 4 and 5 stars, but leaning towards 5. The Good: - Apple Pay Enabled - 1% cashback that offsets 1% fx fee - Well-known crypto exchange, nice if you trade - 200+ countries supported The Bad: - No Physical Card yet, but rolling out slowly - No bank account offered, when most other crypto cards do - Monthly spend limit capped at 50k (need to manually request increase) - Custodial Card, good for beginners, not so exciting for techies who love non-custodial Overall, a nice card - especially for countries that have very few cards offered to them, like Pakistan, India, Algeria, etc.

Solid exchange with working bots if you understand how to use them
I have been using Pionex since August 2025. Deposits of USDT from Revolut have always been easy and straightforward — I never had issues with any transactions. I like the notification system on the phone and the fact that I can trade directly in the app (both Spot and Futures Perpetual). The stop-loss has always worked for me, including on Spot. I have mainly tested the bots on Futures Perpetual and they do generate money when used correctly. They also work on Spot. Many negative reviews seem to come from people who don’t understand how the bots actually work. Results depend heavily on entry point and market direction: • On Spot you only profit if the price goes up from your entry. • On Futures you can profit in both directions (Long or Short) depending on the bot settings. Example: If you start a Spot bot on XRP at $1.48 and the price later drops to $1, you will not make money — that is normal for Spot. If you had entered the same Spot bot near $1, you would be up around 48%. On Futures, a Short bot would have profited from the drop. I reached VIP level through trading volume and claimed the Pionex debit card. It works in most online and physical stores (including supermarkets). USDT is converted to local currency at a competitive rate, similar to the national bank rate and better than typical exchange offices. Overall I am satisfied with the platform when used with proper understanding of Spot vs Futures and correct bot settings.

Critical Mobile App Bug Caused $1033 Loss - Support Offered $37 Mobile app froze during open futures position. "Close All" button unresponsive despite repeated taps. Forced liquidation resulted in $1033 loss. Provided video evidence (external camera, timestamp 16:22 UTC, physical finger pressing unresponsive button). Support acknowledged the video but offered only $37 compensation. After escalation and formal letter requesting fair compensation - over 24 hours of silence. Ticket passed between agents (Niki Andy → Grace) with no resolution. If the app cannot guarantee basic Ul responsiveness during order execution, how can traders trust it with significant positions? Verdict: Do not use for large positions without server-side stop-losses. Support unresponsive to documented platform failures.

Stock prices are heavily manipulated
Stock prices are heavily manipulated, and Pionex is working against its customers. Bots are being manipulated until your money is wiped out. Stay away from this exchange, or you will certainly lose your money. Pionex is illegal in Europe anyway, as it lacks BaFin (the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) oversight.

The bots wouldn't be bad
The bots wouldn't be bad. But once you deposit and use money plus multiplier, the odds will go against you until they reach zero. It's not a scam but it's heavily manipulated. If you want to make money here, it won't work. You'll either stagnate or go bankrupt. But you can play here if you don't mind the system constantly going against you.
