Société pas sérieuse erreur deux fois sur les côtes 2000€ de commande!!! Au début il mon répondu et avec des photos et vidéo pour démontrer les erreurs de côtes depuis un an plus de son et d’image C’est des voleurs

Flawless experience from start to finish! Highly recommended. I ordered custom PVC curtains for my gazebo, and I couldn't be happier with the result. Premium Quality & Great Protection: The material is sturdy and high-quality. Once installed, the curtains are so crystal clear they look like real glass windows—no "trapped in plastic" feeling at all. Moreover, when you are inside, the wind is almost nonexistent; the space is perfectly protected, which is exactly what they are designed for. Outstanding Pre-sales Support: The team was incredibly fast and helpful, guiding me through measurements, installation tips, and customization details. We reviewed the order together via email to make sure everything was perfect before production. Top-tier Customer Service: Shipping was surprisingly fast, and installation was a breeze thanks to clear instructions. When a minor transport issue occurred, their post-sales support immediately stepped in, manufacturing a custom replacement. Excellent Customs Support: Since I live in a country with import duties, I needed specific documentation to avoid paying the import tax a second time for a warranty replacement. Their customer service was lightning-fast in providing a revised invoice with the exact wording requested by my local customs office, making the whole process seamless. To top it off, they were incredibly polite and even included a lovely free gift (a product I was actually planning to buy!). Their professionalism is unmatched. I would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend any of their products!

du très beau travail nous sommes très satisfaits
commandé le 31 mars mis en fabrication le 1er avril expédié le 8 avril livré le 17 avril ( vacances de pâques qui a un peu impacté les transporteurs ) Le colis est arrivé par chronopost en excellent état d'emballage, le temps étant de la partie, notre rideau bronze bordé noir est resté etendu dehors 2h avant d'être installé . Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de cette commande . nous allons très certainement commandé d'autres rideaux chez Pikkuna, c'est notre 1er achat pour fermer notre préau pergola côté ouest donc côté océan il nous protège du vent de la mer, de la pluie qui vient souvent de l'ouest egalement et du soleil avec son côté fumé et aussi de la luminosité occasionnée par la proximité de la piscine . le bronze et noir est très classe . Nous sommes admiratifs de leur savoir faire, du très beau travail une qualité incroyable . Les échanges via WhatsApp ou par mail avec Elena ont été constructifs et très agréables . STORMS with curtains
A few months ago I purchased a set of three clear plastic curtains for my outside garden room. It has beautiful views across the mountains in Central Portugal, anyone that lives here will know that with views comes often high winds and rain. On the 28th January storm “Kristin” hit Central Portugal with horrible consequences with winds reaching 150-200 kph many trees were blown over and structural damage was massive. How my curtains survived I have no idea, they did without any damage, wow are they tough, we are still experiencing high winds and heavy rain with no sign of stress to the curtains. Well done Pikkuna for producing a product that is built to last. Highly Recommended AAA
