The products are ok
The products are ok. Visually they look gorgeous, but the quality sadly doesn't match the price. One of my items had lots of threads, and I contacted customer service but it's been a week and I haven't heard back at all. The other items are ok quality, but nothing that stands or for the price.

Disappointed
The quality of the sheets was very poor. Started pilling after only 3 months of use. The price point is much higher than the quality. Also tried to contact customer service multiple times without any response. Super disappointed.

Linen blend sheets pilling
I have bought several pure linen sheets and pillowcases over the years and always been so happy with the quality. However, I recently ordered some linen blend sheets because I like the colour. Even after washing several times they are pilling so badly that I have to vacuum the mattress each time. Very disappointed and will go back to 100% linen in future.

Linen Blend Sheets Pill EVERYWHERE
I bought the linen blend flat sheet, fitted sheet and pillowcases and the feel was wonderful at first, but overtime I noticed A LOT of pilling. Which means that the cotton mixed with linen fibers are cheap and lower-grade. For the price these sheets cost, I do not one any lower-grade fibers peeling apart and then I find it in my hair and clothes the next day. It's such a shame because I fell in love with Piglet in Bed because they have such beautiful styles, but it's not worth the money if there's going to be lint EVERYWHERE whenever I lay in them.

Slow shipping and poor customer service
Very frustrating experience with customer service. Service is only offered over email and representatives are slow to respond. I placed an order and it did not ship for over 4 weeks. I had to send 3 emails about it before receiving a response offering a 20% refund and promising it would ship that day. I did not receive a shipping notification for another 5 days. When the order finally arrived, they had sent the wrong size pillowcases. I cannot exchange for the correct size as it’s now out of stock. I emailed the moment the package arrived, hoping to arrange an exchange for coordinating pillowcases for the same price as the original (sale) pillowcases I purchased. But that was 5 days ago and I have not heard back. I appreciate that Piglet in Bed offered me a partial refund and tried to make things right, but it’s quite clear that they are not able to offer a reliable level of customer service. Not having a phone number to call makes it even worse. Overall a deeply frustrating experience. I will not be shopping here again.
