You cannot write a letter while you…

You cannot write a letter while you have one pending. I have a letter that still says processing for over a month. It was working fine until then. Promises to resolve the problem by them have not been kept. It sucks because that is the only way you can contact your inmate. Now it seems the site is not working at all.

did not work, services not provided. waste of time and money.

paid for a month trial of services and attempted to use the mail, photos, greeting card services however everything I wrote, created and sent through this app never was received by the inmate(my boyfriend). He's now home so major waste of time, money and effort.

Terrible company they never send your…

Terrible company they never send your items off. Total rip off but take ya money monthly. When u contact them it’s always a technical issue that’s never resolved. I have pending items for over 4 months it’s sad. The prison system is just as guilty bc u know it’s bull crap and they continue to use it. It’s all a form of mental annd psychological abuse towards our love ones.

It was good for a few months

It was good for a few months, but it hasn't been working for a few weeks now. I get an error message when I try to submit my letter. Tried to email them but no response within 24 hours as they promised. No response at all actually. I'm here wondering if they're still in business? Debating whether to end my membership now or hold on like a sucker for another month. If its a sitewide issue, why not update everyone on their website?
