Put in my order on September 11 and still no package a month later. No way to tack the order and emails from their customer support are unanswered.

I have ordered a novelty item as a gift…
I have ordered a novelty item as a gift at the beginning of the month. After 5 work days I enquired about the status of the order through live chat, and mentioned that since it is a gift, I hope to receive it by end of month. I got a response, that it takes 7-10 work days to get it poured, but I was assured that due to the time constraint, they will try to bring dispatch forward to next week. Next week whole week I was checking the status update to see when it gets dispatched. Nothing happened. The following week I asked about the status again, through live chat and the enquiry form on the website and haven't heard anything back. It's been 15 work days now. I have raised a refund dispute through my bank. I don't mind if an item is delayed, but if you don't respond to enquiries about an order, you've lost my trust.

There is 0 support - seems like scam to me
There is 0 support: No answers to emails nor at the support chatbot. Even when a ticket via bot is created noone answers. I ordered and paid 3 weeks ago and nothing was send out yet.

Awesome customer service & Products
I've not received my order just yet, but expect it soon. I talked to Alex regarding a couple of things and he was extremely polite, informative and helpful on the live chat, even sharing a photo to me to represent a product offered. All of their designs are awesome and I've got a surprise me order placed and can't wait to see the results of PhreakClub's creations! I'll be placing more orders in the future. Overall an awesome company with awesome people and products.

Best company by a long shot.
I've used a few companies for toys, Phreak is the best. Customer service is exceptional, environmentally conscious which is a massive plus for me. They sell slightly flawed toys instead of binning them. Decent cash back on purchases for future orders. Not fast delivery, but that's no issue. Answered all questions I had, every toy has been a great addition (have bought far too many). I can't fault them. Just the Dovah to get when there's a sale! They've even posted their wedding and honeymoon early so people know when to order! If you're reading this, hope you have the perfect day. All the best.
