I missed not being able to use my own layouts and to design the page and add symbols etc.

Good quality photobook.
Photobook showed usual good quality...but packing not as good as it usually is as corner of one book damaged...it had been dropped somewhere along the delivery process. Loyalty bonus offer great but too short notice to activate...it takes a few months to draft the photobooks

Did not fulfil my order. Lack of communication.
I ordered a photo book as a birthday present and paid extra postage so it would arrive in time. It has not. On the Photobox website it originally said delivery would be on Saturday 29th August but then changed to Wednesday 2nd September. The tracking was still saying it was due to arrive on the Saturday evening so I waited but it never came. I contacted Photobox multiple times on Saturday but didn't receive any customer support. I have now realised that they only offer support weekdays 10am-5pm so I won't hear from them until Tuesday now. The present is for a birthday that is today and I don't have a proper update on when the parcel will arrive. There is clearly a lack of communication between the company and the courier but I'm not surprised if the company don't monitor contact anyway. I will not be using this company again.
