I will never order off them again
I will never order off them again. I sent emails as well as phoning them to see when my order would be shipped. No one answered the phone and no one emailed me back. Very poor customer service. First and last time ordering from them😡

Service you wouldn't expect at this price point!
Excellent range of genuine items at competitive prices, with free shipping over $100. My order was well packed and arrived in a week with a couple of goodies - a free hand sanitiser and a travel-sized micellar cleanser. Very impressed with that level of customer service at such low prices! Shipping was a little slower than some competitors like Chemist Warehouse, but the prices, range and customer service make it worth it. I'll be buying from Pharmacy Direct again for sure!

I've been using Pharmacy Direct for years. Never had any issues, deliveries are always well-packed, customer service is great, and the prices and range are the best in NZ. I'm always surprised by the bad reviews, which are mostly complaints about the online store. I'd rather use a budget website than pay more for pharmaceuticals. Plus, I'm supporting a NZ-owned and operated business. Not Aussie or Israel.

Absolutely terrible website
Absolutely terrible website. I could not get past the post code being wrong and it wasn't. I wasted time trying to login as a customer to get auto deliveries and the same thing. Too much time wasted on this site.
