I bought this bodysuit and stockings for my wife. They are beautiful and well made. Unfortunately, the bodysuit was slightly too small for a tall person. The other measurements provided on the website were accurate and fit well. The return process was quick and hassle-free, and I received the refund back into my account in less than two weeks. Overall, I’m happy with the quality and the customer service.

I would strongly advise against ordering from Perilla Lingerie. I placed my order (#5462) on 29.11 and received the items on 19.12. I exercised my legal EU right of withdrawal within the 14-day period and returned everything exactly according to their return policy. The parcel was delivered back to Perilla on 12.01 (DHL tracking available). After that, weeks passed without a refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received generic replies such as “we forwarded this to accounting” with no concrete timeline. No proactive communication, no clear explanation, no actual refund. As of today, the refund has still not been processed — and I have now initiated a PayPal chargeback to recover my money. For a brand operating within the EU and positioning itself as premium, this handling of a straightforward return is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I will not order again.
