Fantastic service from the Perfect…
Fantastic service from the Perfect Stays team. I had a lot of requirements and questions ahead of my stay at one of their properties but the team delivered all with a friendly and efficient and timely manner. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Extremely helpful
Perfect Stays were superb in all they did to help make our family holiday memorable. The staff at the office, the concierge service and the management team looking after the house went out of their way to support with the specific needs that became necessary after the booking. Emails were answered promptly and they were extremely helpful.

We had an excellent stay in Porthleven…
We had an excellent stay in Porthleven with Perfect Stays and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house was fantastic and had absolutely everything we needed, making it feel like a real home away from home. The concierge service was excellent and incredibly useful both before and during our stay. The team were helpful, responsive and made everything very easy for us. The property itself was beautifully presented and we really couldn't fault it. We had a wonderful time in Porthleven and would happily book with Perfect Stays again. Highly recommended!

Perfect Stays- Nightjar, Dulverton
We stayed at Nightjar, Dulverton. The property was amazing, the kitchen was very well equipt and gorgeous linens/towels in bedrooms & bathrooms. On arrival there was a vase of flowers, and a hamper- which was delicious and a lovely thought, packed with local delicacies. We holidayed as a family of four, 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 dogs- all enjoyed! The views from the decking were amazing, we enjoyed the hot tub . The only suggestion would be for a parasol on the decking- it was 32 degrees the week we stayed, and shade was needed. All in all a great time was had- and we would definitely book with Perfect Stays again .

We loved staying at Seastar
We loved staying at Seastar - Porthcothan beach is a favourite of ours - we loved the spaciousness of the house and the close proximity to the beach. Our only criticism is that you can’t check in until 4:30 pm which is quite late when you are travelling a long distance. But everything else was perfect and concierge staff very helpful and friendly.
